Musings: The Blessings In Life

My husband, Richard,is a geekie-techie kind of guy and this helps to create a good balance in our relationship because I’m more of the arty-crafty type who, as already mentioned in several of my postings, tends to fly by the seat of her pants.  Even though my husband’s attachment to his computer and all things technological sometimes drives me a little crazy, I have to admit that I’m very blessed to have him in my life.  After all,  I have a resident expert computer-problem-fixer.

Shared Wisdom: Short & Sweet

I love coming across words that are lush, that have deep meaning, that carry a wealth of wisdom.  I also love economy of words.  You know, that short phrase that says so much with so little.  The following quotations are a combination of those short and meaningful sentences and some that are slightly longer.  All are worth reading and remembering.

Shared Wisdom: A Found Treasure

I love finding treasure.  It might be that I put on a jacket that I haven’t worn in a long time and there in the pocket I find a five dollar bill.  Or perhaps I decide to clean out a closet or a drawer and there, caught up in all the stuff, I find a piece of jewelry that I thought I had lost.
